Applying my deep understanding of human resources concepts developed over a broad and extensive career, I have partnered with leaders at all levels in divisional, private and ASX listed environments to facilitate and align people focused activities with business objectives.In addition to my human resources skillset, I also bring a strong project management capability to the business having led large and complex projects including the acquisition and integration of SKILLED, (the largest of 11 acquisition projects I led), offshoring of payroll operations to Malaysia and supporting of the winning and onboarding of major contracts. In addition, I led the Programmed strategy, marketing functions as well as corporate services such as procurement, fleet and property, and discontinuing operations in ICT, business systems and finance.I have worked with ASX boards and committees, served as an executive director and managed J-SOX governance requirements.I bring a broad and deep capability in both the human resources sphere and the overall operation of large and complex businesses. I am highly credible on a strategic, executive, technical and operational level; I build, lead and engage teams which are effective in the delivery of business objectives; and in partnership with my peers, build cultures where people feel included and can be their best authentic selves. I am effective at planning and execution and am willing to roll up my sleeves and take on any challenge my business is facing.
