PERSOL Asia Pacific is the Strategic Business Unit responsible for PERSOL's Human Resources Consulting Operations across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) and Asia outside of Japan.I delivered a significant restructure of the ANZ corporate and management structures to reduce costs and bring the operations closer together.

Programmed is Australia and New Zealand's leading provider of maintenance, facility management, staffing and health services with revenues of $3B (AUD) and 20,000 employees.As principal HR executive for the group, I led the people and culture strategy and initiatives to build performance across diversity, equity & inclusion, employee experience, wellness and process improvement. I led the acquisition of and integration of Kelly Services ANZ and oversaw leadership transition.In October 2017, I led the restructure and integration of Programmed into PERSOL following its acquisition by the Japanese human resources consultancy group and subsequent delisting from the ASX.

Whilst continuing to hold principal human resources executive status at an executive committee and Board level, I led the planning and execution of the acquisition of SKILLED Group Limited and its operations integration into the Programmed business.I also assumed responsibility for the Group’s strategy, marketing & communications, customer experience and sales excellence functions, which I ran until late 2019, as well as procurement and fleet. During the integration process, I also managed the discontinuing functions based out of the former SKILLED Corporate Office at Hawthorn including ICT and Finance.

Crown is Australia’s premier casino and entertainment complex It employed over 6,000 staff in gaming, food & beverage, hotel operations and administration/ services areas.I managed the restructuring and cost reduction due largely to the Asian financial crisis; and reinventing the organisation including developing a new corporate culture and ‘building for growth’ initiatives followed by Crown’s integration into Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (PBL).
