As the Business Development Program Manager, I created and brought to market new initiatives and programs on the Business Development Roadmap that increased business value to Comoto, our brands and to our business and dealer partners. This role collaborated and contracted with cross-functional leaders across the organization including: eComm/Digital, Stores, Merchandising, Operations, Tech, Design and Finance as well as peers in Business Development (Upshift Distribution, Events, Partners/Sponsorships). This role worked across all Comoto retail brands and sales channels. While in this role, I also worked with senior leaders of key external partners including MIC/MSF, and Motorcycle OEMs.

I managed and moderated the best-in-class eCommerce customer service teams of RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles under Comoto Holdings - America’s largest and fastest growing omni-channel platform in the powersports aftermarket-products industry; dedicated to advancing the experience of moto enthusiasts across the globe.

Customer Service

Within a year’s time of being hired, I was promoted to a brand-new role for the customer service team to assist with the growth and development of the department. I managed several groups of employees with common tasks, projects, and goals. I helped guide and encourage members on the team, while exceeding KPIs, increasing operational efficiency, as well as overall sales.

I was the 26th employee hired at RevZilla.com, which was at the time, a start-up eCommerce specialty retailer undergoing exponential growth. I was brought on to the customer service/sales team to be a subject-matter expert (SME) on all things motorcycle parts and gear.

I managed the Valet, Bell, and Concierge services for several hospitality and hotel locations both within and around Philadelphia, PA, including off-site special events.
