Hello,I am now seeking employment as a Senior Field Engineer, and my dream job. I was last working for EPM/Imaging 411 as a Field Engineer. I believe my experience as a field engineer at Kodak, Bell and Howell, Tameran, and EPM/Imaging 411 give me a well rounded career. I am very experienced in troubleshooting and repair printers, scanners, and raid/optical storage equipment, as well as a wide variety of manufacturers. I can work out problems on complex systems to repair the system.My customer service skills are excellent. I am a problem solver when it comes to unhappy customers, and I am often requested when customers are not satisfied. After starting with Imaging 411(Sept 2013) I was able to add $20,000 worth of new contract business in two months. I always solve the customer issues as well as getting difficult service problems solved.My long years of troubleshooting a large variety of imaging and storage equipment have honed my skills to a high degree.Interests:Building and repairing circuit boards, experimenting with Computers and Networking, programming microprocessors, Space Exploration, MRI Imaging.
