I was TUPE transferred in 2012 and ran 2 estate cleaning contracts within Wandsworth. I had 135 full time staff providing a service 364 days a year. We provide daily and periodic cleaning to all communal areas both internal and external, these include daily cleaning of lifts, entrances, stairs, corridors, external hard surfaces. In addition we remove fly tips from within the estates and carry out periodic cleans. I produce detailed client reports which include weekly updates on completed deep cleans, areas that have been weeded and drug reports detailing were we find ASB. I control in budgets from wages to materials. As well as this I ensue all staff are trained and inducted into the L&G way.

TUPE transfer from strand I ran 4 sites within London the main building being in Canary Wharf. There were 90 staff providing a service 24 hours a day. I controlled the daily cleaning and periodic cleaning and worked to tight budgets.
