Working on the NJ Hardest Hit Fund program, NJ HomeKeeper, which is designed to assist unemployed and underemployed homeowners avoid foreclosure. As the leader of the CDF Team, I manage a network of over 140 mortgage servicers, banks, and credit unions. All communications between HomeKeeper and servicers funnel through the CDF Team department. Responsible for internal statistical reporting, payment processing, dispute resolution, data storage and management are among my daily responsibilities.

Managed a group of 20+ collectors on credit card and auto-deficiency loans. Designed and created dialer strategies and campaigns, performed call monitoring and training sessions with collectors, Created, tracked, and disseminated hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for management and staff to maximize production and achieve organizational goals.

Oversaw all aspects of a 20 employee collection agency. Responsible for hiring, training, P&L, IT management, HR issues, client liaison, oversaw payment processing, and litigation outsourcing among other responsibilities.
