Develop three projects on behalf of the Constantine Enterprise Company Ltd. (A registered charity)

Constantine Enterprises Company (CEC) was set up to further the Environmental, Economic and Cultural development of Constantine village. The CEC is a registered charity (no: 1071856) and village development trust. The Tolmen Centre, since it was acquired for the village by the CEC, has become a center for village life.The successful running of the Tolmen Centre depends on the immense time contribution provided by a large body of volunteers. The work, which they carry out in administration duties, fundraising, organising events and operating the Tolmen Centre, helps towards the charity achieving its objectives. The Charity (CEC) continues to promote and progress initiatives for the benefit of the village community. The Tolmen Centre - which remains the principal focus of the Charity - has been able to deliver an improved level of service in several directions, with each of the five strands of activity continuing to be successful. The Performing Arts in theatre/music/film, which form part of our activities, have increased in scope and ambition, and have been largely successful in that audiences have remained at a good level. The Cafe Tolmen, which goes from strength to strength with its wonderful home produced food, delivers social and community benefits. A good range of activities now take place regularly in the building, among them Pilates, Yoga, Language Classes, Drama, Life Drawing, Homeopathy, Art exhibitions and recently, as a temporary host, the village Youth Initiative. The Heritage Centre and Archetype (printing resource) continue to deliver a range of major benefits to the community, as two important parts of the CEC activities.The Charity may have to face a more difficult economic environment in the future. The ability to deliver all the services that we currently do - many completely without charge – may become a rather more difficult commitment to sustain.
