PegasusLife started as a new platform in 2013, supported with £300M of investment by Oaktree Capital Management. I joined the company at its inception and acquired prime central London sites with a GDV of over £300,000,000 in zones 1 and 2, both off-market and in competitive bid situations.

Overseeing the complete life-cycle of property development, including strategy, acquisition, planning, construction and store maintenance. Working across mixed-use, standalone and express formats. Responsible for overseeing the Wembley property office with acquisition, construction and support staff.

Working with my Development Director, I was responsible for identifying new store development opportunities, almost exclusively through pro-active site searching. I was also responsible for preparing new food store planning applications for standalone and mixed-use schemes. Over 15 new food stores were developed during this period.
