After the purchase of High Line Corporation by Neogov I had the same responsibilities on the High Line side but worked closely with the Neogov team to make our single-tenant Personality product into a multi-tenant/SaaS product now called HRIS.

Responsible for all computer hardware. Supervised three individuals who worked, at times, as computer operators as part of their responsibilities.Through various efforts I initiated, I decreased office expenses by a significant amount.Analyzed and/or programmed numerous parts of the PERSONALITY payroll and personnel product. Worked with COBOL, PowerHouse, Vplus, and Image, among other utilities, in developing different systems.Was also involved in transporting the products from MPE-based systems to UNIX.

Worked on the installation of hardware and software for the HP3000 950. Implemented the conversion of systems from a Honeywell DPS4 to HP's MPE V and MPE XL.Trained and Supervised two Jr. operators.Programmed systems for all business functions in COBOL, Powerhouse, and RPGII.

Supervised up to 20 crew people at any one time.Controlling all aspects of the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness on my shifts.Took inventories and helped with scheduling.In the spring of 1986, my crew came in second for all of Toronto in a Q.S.C. contest.
