Roles & responsibilities:- Quality PoC for F-35 JSF Northrop Grumman statement of work - Intensive usage of problem solving techniques (RCCA, PFMEA Ishikawa, Cause and Effect) to drive compliance and lean initiatives within the manufacturing process - Internal lead auditor / escort for Regulatory (AS9100, NADCAP) & Customer (Northrop Grumman, BAE, etc.) audits - Quality focal for qualification and integration of new & increased capacity contracts into the business - Maintenance and analysis of quality metrics site-wide to develop corrective action proposals- Variation management of Key Characteristics via statistical process control- QMS procedural document creation and revision- Supplier quality management- Source Inspection of final deliverables prior to despatch- Quality approval of manufacturing documentation and First Article Inspections- Quality Material Review quality representative for managing non-conforming product
