As an Intermediate Full Stack Developer, my role has involved daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and collaboration with tech leads and project managers, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. I have contributed to a range of projects, leveraging my expertise in Java Spring Boot, TypeScript, Camel, Kafka, Angular, FHIR, GIT and Azure DevOps.Key Projects:- UC Davis Health Record System: Transitioned paper forms into electronic health records to streamline patient intake processes. Responsibilities included building components, handling QA, client interactions, demos, and bug updates.- Insurance Data Transfer Application: Developed a web application to facilitate data transfers between insurance companies, working on Angular components, coordinating code reviews with cross-functional teams, implementing TDD, and live debugging for major clients.- Pre-Authorization Platform: Enhanced pre-authorization processes for American healthcare companies using Java Spring and FHIR resources.- Ontario Health Data Modernization: Modernizing health data systems with microservices and Camel for improved team communication.Achievements:- Promoted within the first year for outstanding performance.- Selected to mentor junior developers.- Led development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Upon arriving in Canada, I embarked on a freelance journey working on two projects. Project 1 (Sep 2019 - Jul 2020): I collaborated with an early-stage startup to develop the first version of their carpooling app. The app, built using React Native and Firebase, was designed to help commuters organize carpooling efficiently by matching travelers heading in the same direction. I worked directly with the CEO to define project requirements and deliverables, leading the development of the app and implementing features and functionality as the sole developer. I also set up authentication for Google API and integrated third-party apps for MFA, mastering Firebase functionalities including authorization code and login authentication.Achievements: - I was the sole lead developer on the project. - Received high praise from the technical director for coding practices and the technologies used. - Gained proficiency in React Native and Firebase, significantly enhancing my technical skill set. This role allowed me to refine my full stack development skills, manage a project end-to-end, and deliver a functional product that met the client’s needs and exceeded expectations. Project 2: (Jul - Sep 2019) week) 1. Assisting a client to enhance the user interface of their overhead retail mall advertising displays. 2. Designing/developing a custom-themed WordPress site for a National Classic Car Club. Achievements included:Contract at Avida extended, and received high praise from the National Classic Car Club.

Planned, developed and tested projects using AngularJS, PHP, MonogDB and SASS. All project involved translating UX designs into functional products, many of which involved linking a PHP backend to Angular frontend components. Also contributed to several other large enterprise projects in the form of bug fixes, software enhancements and QA testing.Achievements included:Improving the user experience by creating an automated refunds enhancement process usingAngularJS and other related tools. Resulted in streamlining the user process, reducing complexity,and cutting the user interaction time significantly. Also created a highly praised, user-friendly tabletinterface that enhanced the user experience on smaller devices.

In addition to my ongoing Operations Manager role, where I held personal responsibility for Account Management and Technical Support, I was significantly involved in the redesign of new client websites to improve advertising and increase the client base. I also was responsible for management of large media buying campaigns and monthly and quarterly revenue reporting to clients. Being involved in web-site design, spurred a newfound passion for website development. I left this role to pursue full-time website development technical training at the UK’s most sought after institute, CodeClan Technical Academy, and attended their intensive development bootcamp from May ’18 to September ’18.Achievements included:Instrumental in client account growth from 2 sites to over 20 in a short timeframe.

I was one of the 6 graduates hired in Capacity Grid’s first ever graduate scheme. I was hired as an account manager and given responsibility for on boarding new customers after the sales cycle had finished, ensuring they were happy with the service they were receiving, dealing with any complaints/issues they may have and working with the accounts team to ensure that the invoicing and billing processes went as smoothly as possible whilst dealing with potential disputes from different clients. These tasks involved conducting ‘kick off calls’ to talk the clients through the service followed by close management to ensure that requisite tasks were completed in a timely manner, including submission of a final data set by a set deadline.
