We were a team of only 4 coordinators who were responsible for planning the entire work load from day to day. 35 day-time employees, 40 evening- night- and weekend employees and during the summer high season we also acquired the help of over 60 students. All of whom referred to my team when it came to being told what to do and when to do it.
