(Automotive industry, banking sectors etc)Responsibilities:• Manage End-to-end recruitment for European/UK Clients.• Understanding European Client Requirements for various open positions.• Logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other Internal Databases.• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various Techstacks.• Taking telephone interviews with European/UK candidates, screening the candidates, submitting the profiles to the Client for further interview process.• Familiar with UK and EU countries Work Permits• Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and requirement.• Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.• Ensuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned clientrequirements in a timely manner.
