Manager of the tennis facility on site at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, it is a three court indoor hall and is part of the LTA's Community Indoor Tennis Centre network.Duties include promoting and managing the coaching programme we provide which runs for 50 weeks each year and includes looking after the needs of 200 players both juniors and adults, supported by the team of 5 part-time coaches that I am the line manager for.In addition to coaching we provide a competition programme of LTA Grade 4 & 5 events and host Warwickshire LTA's Mini League events for the Solihull Area.Managing the department includes agreeing and being responsible for the annual development plan with Regional management, administrative duties for the coaching team and working with the front of house team taking programme and court hire bookings.
