Performing GIS Based Analysis and Outputs (QGIS / GRASS GIS / Mapinfo) , Junction Modelling (PICADY/ ARCADY / LINSIG / TEMPRO), Traffic Impact Analysis. Car park accumulation assessments. Junction design (AutoCAD / Civil 3D) and swept path analysis (AutoTrack). Management of schemes. Experience with a variety of development, including hotel, residential and retail.

Assisting in the writing of Transport Notes, Statements, Assessments and Travel Plans;Analysis of Trip Generation for land uses using flow diagrams (EXCEL) with vehicular counts and TRICS data; Car Park analysis using existing/proposed Trip Generation (Excel). Junction Analysis using a variety of modelling packages (ARCADY/ PICADY); Alongside Traffic Growth prediction using TEMPRO.

Predominately Labouring, but have learnt crucial skills in landscape gardening, team work, meeting deadlines, working under-pressure, landscape design and many practical skills required in the trade. In addition, there were opportunities to use my mathematical and artistic skills when designing and pricing up jobs. I completed several drawings for customers to convey the design ideas by the manager David McLeod.
