Experienced IT professional with a vast background in multinational companies and international exposure across various Latin American countries. I have led strategic projects on multiple platforms critical to core business, including complex Backoffice implementations (SAP ECC and SAP Rise S/4, Oracle, Workday).Currently heading the IT Backoffice & New Business area, I am responsible for negotiating with strategic partners, defining structures, and leading high-performance multidisciplinary teams. My role also includes conceptualizing and creating structures for release management, RPA automation cells, and ERP Centers of Excellence (managing SAP S/4 Hana Clean Core).These achievements include pioneering the future business model initiative at Natura, based on a new business template supported by satellite solutions connected to the S/4 Hana Cloud platform. This challenge also considers keeping current solutions up-to-date (Business As Usual), synchronized with the future model, creating synergies between teams and investments, leveraging new business opportunities, and the group’s technology strategy.
