Funded through the NIH and NSF (XSEDE@TACC).• Performed complex simulations of solvated aqueous and membrane proteins on large supercomputers.• Ran large-scale MD simulations of over 500,000 atoms on the Anton 2 supercomputer.• Contributed edits and patches to SDA 6.2, which were incorporated into the SDA 7 package.• Developed efficient algorithms for the calculation of transmembrane water permeabilities.• Utilized machine learning algorithms including particle swarm optimization and clustering to analyze large multiprotein complexes, residue interactions, and molecule-protein conjugates.• Calculated material properties from quantum and classical statistical mechanics such as surface tension, shear stress, reaction coefficients, and interaction energies.
