Presidents Club (2014) Presidents Club (2013)ADP's Northeast Region Rookie of the Year (2013) My goal is to bring in new business clients and consult the current clients on payroll solutions, retirement planning, health benefits, and HR infrastructure. Business owners are facing some pretty big obstacles these days and with the ever-changing HR landscape it's crucial to have the support of a company like ADP. ADP has been around since 1949 and with the ability we have to keep evolving, ADP should stay the industry leader for a long time. Just this past year ADP named one of Forbes "Most Innovative Companies of 2012."

First Republic Bank is a full-service bank and wealth management firm built the old fashioned way—with client service at the forefront and a solid commitment to responsiveness and action. My primary role was meeting with personal and corporate clients and getting them set-up with our Online and Corporate Online Banking systems. I also provided in-person training at their business' and homes. My goal was to help make a new clients transition from their previous bank to FRB as smooth as possible, and provide excellent customer service to each and every client. I was evaluated each month for cross selling products and was consistently in the top 5% of all interns across the country. While there Private Asset Management magazine voted First Republic "The Best Private Bank in North America" and also "The Best Private Client Service."

My uncle started this residential and commercial construction business back in the early 1990's. I started working every single summer and then went full time while I was playing junior hockey. I could write an essay on all the things I learned from working construction. For all the great craftsmanship I learned, it doesn't even come close to the life lessons and hard work that it engrained in me. I wouldn't be where I am today if I hadn't of had this experience.
