Recently I have completed an intense 6 month Information Technology course at Year Up earning a Cisco IT Essentials Certification. I also earned an internship at Publicis with the Resources IT Team. During my internship I have proven and demonstrated customer service; as well as assisted users with PC set ups, repairs, imaging their computers. After Year Up, I am considering pursuing my Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree, as well as an Apple Certification. I am also actively pursuing a career in Information Technology.

With RE:SourcesIT I was introduced to Lotus Notes and Microsoft Lync as well as their Ticketing system SERVICE NOW; we used SERVICE NOW to manage tickets,inventory assets, also update users who've submitted a ticket for various hardware and software issues even requests. I also directly contact their external PC vendor HP, for hard drive failures, malfunctioning trackpads, broken keyboards, and other various hardware issues. I've become proficient imaging and reimaging both PCs and Apple computers since working with RE:SourcesIT; as well as proficient in hardware fixes externally and internally.
