As Administrative Officer I am the highest ranking professional staff employee of the Jacksonville Division. Key roles include supporting Special Agents, intelligence Analysts, and Professional staff that span North Florida, 40 counties within AOR, and 8 Facilities. Direct involvement with Human Resources, personnel matters, division budget, division growth and alignment, ELSUR, Telecommunications, Evidence, procurement and supply, Fleet Management, Information Technology, Records Management, and Data Analytics as relates to division. ESH and OSHA trained to ensure facilities are properly prepared and safe, and ensure employees are represented and covered should an injury or close call occur.As a Senior Leader participate in Field Office Health Measure Panel at the headquarters level to determine all Field Offices key programs that require compliance and standards that must be met.As a Senior Leader participate in Field Office Inspections to ensure programs are compliant and Leadership is performing and accomplishing the mission.

Manage complex security issues. Provide guidance and interpret established security policies and procedures. Provide Security briefings, training, advice, and guidance related to personnel security reporting requirements (i.e. outside employment). Interview personnel regarding FBI employee 5-year reinvestigations. Independently plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the effectiveness of the security programs. Testify at formal hearings and represent the agency at meetings concerning security matters. Process background/security-related investigations. Review and approve Time and Attendance. Provide guidance on classified information processes. Ensure the safety and integrity of all facilities, equipment, and personnel. Oversee and manage construction projects.
