At the San Francisco Surgery Center, Dr. James E. Baer, who is Board Certified in cardiac, vascular and general surgery. Provides comprehensive and intensive care to his patients. His goal is to use surgical and pain management practices with rehabilitation concepts to help his patients live more rewarding and active lives.
