    In 1995, I started Baker Group from ground up, starting out of a garage with one employee sourcing all manufacturing and some engineering. Eventually, we expanded to over 65 employees and multiple facilities providing precision machined components and custom factory automation to customers across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and beyond. In terms of our sales growth, we tripled sales to $1.5+ million in two years, to $3 million in 1999, and to $13+ million by end of 2007.I sold Baker Group to a private equity firm in 2008. I assisted with the transition of the business for the first twelve months after sale.
