I am currently overseeing daily operations at Polyline Industries, a plastics fabrication company. I have worked in almost all facets of this business, from fabrication to design, starting from client engagement, to concept design through to product dispatch. Presently I ensure that all aspects of the busines are working cohesively in order to keep an agile fabrication plant able to keep up with demand and maintain a high standard. This is primarily achieved with open communication and good planning.
