I'm James Baker, Independent Financial Adviser.I am a financial planner who works with clients with a whole range of requirements, as well as specialising in pension transfers.I work closely with clients and professionals to help build financial plans to allow them to achieve their financial goals and objectives. We are financial planners: For me, this means regardless of what a client comes to us demanding, it's about giving them the information and advice to help them make the right decision for the right reason. 2. The family test: The advice we provide to clients should be the same advice we would give to a direct family member.I operate on a fixed-fee basis rather than the traditional percentage-based structure across all areas of the business.
