Estimated project value $25m, completed Sept 2015 – on time & on budget.Tasked with full project control (Assisted by a Chinese Acting GM) to source a potential new build/ acquisition or JV opportunity. Responsibilities included negotiations with existing manufacturers, government agencies, developers etc. Sourced all suppliers and capital equipment that was not sourced directly out of China, recruited Key roles to take the project to the next level and developed the brand and web presence.A highly enjoyable, challenging and rewarding role that will aim to add 75 plus jobs to the Hawkes Bay region.
