21 Degrees Digital is a full-service, digital marketing agency in Leeds. We focus on creating transparent, creative & digital solutions to business in Leeds & across the UK.As the Senior Account Manager in the 21 Degrees PPC department I combine my skills in Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads to grow sales, leads and build brands using paid advertising. Alongside this, I manage the rest of the PPC team, develop the marketing strategy for the agency itself, as well as create and implement the department's business strategy.The role has allowed me to hone my digital marketing skills, develop my management skills and allowed me to grow in confidence when selling to customers too.Across my time heading up the department we have increased the number of clients by 2.5x, increased monthly billables and grown the PPC team by 50%.

Tetrosyl are the largest manufacture of car-care products in Europe. I joined the newly created eCommerce team, managing all digital marketing activity across Amazon, Google, Meta, eBay, TikTok & more, developing both brand and activation strategies for each of Tetrosyl's 16 in-house brands.During my time at Tetrosyl, I learnt a great deal about digital marketing, with spend vastly exceeding my previous role at Exit, as well as being introduced to new product focused platforms such as Amazon & Google Shopping.Key highlights of the role were:- Growing online sales for the Car Gods brand by 30% year on year- Increasing Amazon return on ad spend from 2.43 to 3.57 across all brands- Spending over £400k on digital marketing in 18 months- Developing a more streamlined Amazon logistics system through a combination of FBM, FBA & Vendor Central

After working in a part-time role as a Game Master at EXIT during university, I was given the opportunity upon graduation of becoming operations manager.My main responsibilities have centred around the day to day running of the business. This includes managing our wonderful team, being the main point of contact for customers and making repairs and improvements to our escape rooms. In 2017 the marketing manager left the business and I also assumed his responsibilities, originally for a temporary period, however, has since become a full-time part of my role. Here I have developed our PPC strategy via Google AdWords, and I have worked on growing our social media following across multiple channels via both paid and organic methods, with our main platform being Facebook.I have also worked on our website via WordPress to improve readability and usability, and to help improve our SEO.The role continues to provide exciting challenges, particularly around the creation of new games and puzzles, as we look to expand further from 4 escape rooms to 6 this year.

Lumanare was a candle company founded by myself and some friends whilst studying Business Management at Northumbria University.Utilising the skills learned on our course, we created a business plan, developed the products and sold them online through our website, at local markets and to local stores. Lumanare provided a great introduction to the world of running a business, forcing us to solve production & logistic problems as well as giving me my first experience of sales and marketing.
