2013 to 2014Lead Process Engineer, Valero Pembroke Refinery ProjectsManaged the Process team for the Valero Pembroke Refinery Projects framework agreement, including the Ethanol Blending and the Amine Tank Replacement projects. Successfully delivered project milestones on schedule through concept study phases, rolling over into FEED and EPC phases as a result. Key to this success was building a strong relationship with a new Client.2011 to 2013Lead Process Engineer, INEOS Project ServicesSite based role as Lead Process Engineer for a portfolio of Grangemouth Refinery turnaround projects from feasibility through detailed design phases, across a number of process units. Responsible for the management of the Process team and for the execution and completion of all process activities.

2010Lead Process Engineer, Ras Tanura Integrated Project (RTIP)Lead process engineer for the Cryogenic and Feedstock Storage Tank Farms, leading a team of Process Engineers to develop the design and deliverables for the FEED and ITB package. Responsible for developing the design basis and philosophies, technical design development, and the coordination of team activities for completion of all FEED activities in accordance with Project schedule. Input to resource planning, activity forecasting and change management.2009 to 2010Commissioning Engineer, SEPC MEG Project and Bukom Refinery Modifications (Singapore)Led the commissioning activities for process systems on the Mono Ethylene Glycol plant and the Bukom Refinery High Vacuum Unit.
