Responsible for new business development in undeveloped states to increase brand awareness and top line revenue growth in new regions.

Strategic sales for western United States targeting large urban site level initiatives and coordinating new business campaigns and processes to monetize activity.

Inside sales targeting school districts across the country to assist with supplying curriculum for intervention materials for targeted student populations.

• Managed large retail/e-tail and strategic accounts to maximize sales of computer hardware, software, supplies and data storage products for their national and strategic accounts ranging from $2-15M in annual sales
• Responsible for managing on-hand inventory levels and fill rates to meet contracted customer fulfillment requirements for national retailers such as CompUSA, SamsClub, Best Buy, AAFES, Wal-mart and others
• Contacted multiple buyers to build strong relationships and strategies to market specific products and services to aid them in driving customer loyalty and selling our value-add proposition
• Recruited over 10 new retail accounts through cold calling and face-to-face direct sales that account for over $20M in annual sales

• Successfully overachieved target goals in excess of $10M year over year and exceeded budget targets for 8 consecutive quarters
• Grew sales territory from $2M annually to over $30M annually by expanding product mix in current customer base as well as new account acquisition
• Opened approximately 60 new accounts with combined annual sales of over $7M
• Arranged onsite visits to key accounts to develop strategies to increase sales and promote new products through presentations to key decision makers on the executive level
• Managed key accounts from a variety of national accounts such as CompUSA, Dell, the HP Business Store, PCMall to a variety of small business resellers and their overall profitability
• Developed the Virtual Demand customer base for outsourced call center support for Costco and Sam’s Club and managed a team of call center reps that answered the phones and transacted business on behalf of these clients
