Driving a car with code and not my hands. Architecture of self-driving system, and software for self-driving products and worked to build team for autonomous group growth. Made software for recording and processing data for autonomous LIDAR, radar, and vision algorithms, along with a big data platform for storing the large amount of data collected. Created an AI training system using Nvidia GPU’s for training state of the art in-house deep learning algorithms with big data. Concentrated the last 6 months on the self-driving in-vehicle software to run real-time algorithms and deep learning. Architect, designed algorithms or written code related to radar tracking algorithms, automatic cruise control algorithms, deep learning algorithms, fusion algorithms, path planning algorithms, autonomous sensor interfaces and processing.

Designed and maintained the release of updates for an acceleration based automatic incident algorithm used in Verizon HUM and other automotive products.

Fully responsible for all development of mHealth Mobile Personal Emergency Response System (MPERS) real-time device algorithm design. Designed automatic fall detection, activity monitoring, pedometer, and other algorithms for the MPERS. Technology liaison and architecture for clinical studies relating to fall detection and activity among senior adults. Creator of the Verizon HUM automotive crash algorithms. Other work has related to architecting algorithms using acceleration sensors for devices in cars, and developing a platform for algorithm development on acceleration and pressure based sensors. Performed system level research for future generations of the devices, machine learning, filter design, device audio design, hardware testing, and architecture of sensor metrics in embedded devices.
