Having designed for many club-nights around Melbourne, I have always attempted to go the extra mile and deliver the best result I possibly can. This has extended to the work I have done for clients outside of the Melbourne pub/club scene, most notably personal trainer Natalie Stiles at Stiles Training (who I have just finished the 2nd of her seasonal advertising flyers for). Leaning away from the typical "look at this ripped specimen of humanity" flyer, I have tried to deliver something a bit more left-field yet still very attention grabbing. After initially starting out as a student volunteer on the AV team, I have stayed in touch with the team at Design Foundation and progressed through the ranks. As a fluid team, all sorts of tasks are asked of me; whether administrative, promotional, design, speaker management or the coordination of AV on-site. This role keeps challenging me and yet keeps delivering.

Provide an exemplary level of customer service and making sure everyone I dealt with had the best time possible, while attempting to make sure no one got too intoxicated.

This role took place across two departments: the Conferences and Events Department and the International Projects Department.While at Conferences and Events I was responsible for entering data regarding ticket sales to the various events run. Then on-site while the various events were being run, I was on the floor attending any tasks required. At International Projects, I was responsible for monitoring scholarship applications for various South-East Asian applicants and compiling documents for Visa applications. I was also responsible for balancing the company credit cards of both department heads.
