Technical Support Engineer
CurrentRadware Alteon installation and configuration. Server load balancing. SSL Offloading. Customer maintenance and support activities. Participation in customer network design workshops. Creating reports on device performance and suggesting recommendations. Ensuring high availability of services by use of protocols such as VRRP and GSLB. Diagnosing faults, performing restoration and finding root cause analysis. Troubleshooting layer 1-7 issues using sniffers and protocol analyzers such as Wireshark and fiddler. Providing consultancy, advise and technical support to customers on various issues touching on the subject products, locally and remotely. Documenting end customer information such as Network topology, designs and configurations. Performing quarterly preventive maintenances and generate reports.Designing, implementing and supporting Load balancers, Web application Firewall (WAF) and IPS(Defensepro).
