At esure I worked on some major strategic projects, mainly part of a 3-year plan to increase profitability in preparation for a stock market flotation. One project was part of a drive to increase the group’s product portfolio. As Aggregator Account Executive, having impressed the senior management team through previous work on increasing aggregator conversion rates by 4%, I was hand-picked to work with the COO and succeeded in increasing the profits of select product lines by 600% within 2 years.I was also part of a small operational team leading the company IPO as it happened, I had an in-depth knowledge of the business at grass-roots level having worked my way up which meant I brought a level of detail that others couldn’t to inform the process and maintain traction.Now at Octo Telematics as Business Development Manager, my role encompasses much more than just sales.
