As lead of this team I am responsible for guiding the development of our internal processes and technology in support of talent development in the engineering community. As a Human performance technologist and instructional designer I work with our technical and program leaders to establish learning and performance interventions that accelerate engineering capability with minimal disruption to the workforce. Our workplace learning strategies have been recognized by leadership withing Boeing as well as by outside organizations as forward thinking innovative approaches to technical skill development. Our team supports design centers around the world providing common solutions for technical skills while adapting to geographical and cultural diversity.

Held a variety of positions on design engineering teams for commercial airplane structure , payloads systems and manufacturing support. Expertise in secondary supports structure and systems integration with focus on design for manufacturing / assembly and product feature design to reduce weight.More than half my career has now been in the area or training and performance improvement. As an instructional designer I have developed learning solutions to implement CAD CAM systems and to achieve the expected productivity improvements from technology advancements. My current position involves design and implementation of blended learning solutions incorporated into a corporate university system for engineering skill development and knowledge management.

Head coach for 2 teams participating in select level competition in Western Washington. The move to this club has been a welcome change. Leaving an organization that had lost its way from an ethical and development perspective and joining an organization that is focused on community and player development. I currently coach Young ladies born in 1998 and 2004.

Working on behalf of the US Ski Association I represent the organization in the area of judging freestyle ski competition in the development and delivery of training programs for freestyle officials ranging from regional USSA to Olympic level competitions. Designing, developing and delivering training to provide common evaluation methods for freestyle skiing competitions worldwide.

Currently I am commissioner of a regional league supporting western Washington and chair of the select soccer subcommittee. The SOC established rules and operation guidelines in compliance with US Youth Soccer Federation and implements adaptive solutions for regional requirements. This group supports Recreational , Select as well as Premier levels of play.
