Oversee day to day operations of shop , manage small team of technicians, set and execute expectations for the flow of repairs and maintenance to the fleet of vehicles and equipment, maintain relationships with vendors and keep aware of trending pricing to minimize overhead costs. Administrative duties consist of keeping maintenance and GPS software updated, keeping the work flow tracker updated, keeping vehicles safe and legal to operate on the road, keeping DOT status current, processing invoices and managing emergency road repairs and or tows.
