James is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal department. In his role as General Counsel, James provides legal guidance to the company, its executives and its employees in all areas of operations, human resources, acquisitions and dispositions. James also runs the company’s Human Resource Department as well as its Property Tax division, directing dozens of tax consultants across the country and overseeing hundreds of appeals each year. He is also intimately involved in the administration and management of the company’s various insurance policies.
