Managed a team of full-stack software engineers tasked with developing APIs, integration capabilities, and delivery of core technologies for the company's flag ship EHR product. Responsible to creating, maintaining and delivering a 24 month roadmap to implement a new cloud hosted multi-tenant solution utilizing micro-services.Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and business partners to set product development priorities, defined features, and manage product delivery.NetSmart acquired GPM in February 2021.

Responsible for managing a team that develops, implements, and manages technical services for global data integration. Services deliver 20 million electronic documents per month between SAP, multiple manufacturing applications, and external trading partners. Services provided include API lifecycle management, data transformation/translation, and large/mass file transfer.• Implemented an enterprise API management solution to govern, develop, consume, and publish APIs.• Designed and implemented personalized development plans for team members to increase their design, coding, and critical thinking skills. Successfully promoted several individuals.• Designed and implement team code reviews to increase knowledge sharing, best practices, and reduce potential errors being deployed to production.• Participate in the development of master technology road map and strategy.• Reduced operations tasks to 15% of workload through automation and process improvement.
