Work closely with IT Software Architects, IT Technical Support, Implementation, and Operations teams as needed to provide solutions for clients.Provide post implementation support including, monitoring application performance and debugging existing code.Analysis and translation of business requirements into technical requirements for development, and creation of design documents and technical specifications.Participate in solution design to satisfy a wide range of business needs.Adhere to Best Practices and Standards in the areas of technology and security.Test and Create documentation for new processes.

Run database builds for data analysts. (Coordinate build errors with development teamResearch, document, and test newly developed processes. Reorganize and simplify work flows whenever possible. Assign and train coworkers for finalized processes.)Create simple batch scripts and macros for routine tasks.
