Modulerization Construction LeadSenior AMEC site representative overseeing the fabrication of a Validation Module for Exxon Mobil.The concept being to fabricate a module, to meet Canadian specifications and legislative requirements, within a specific weight and dimensions due to shipping and transportation restrictions, including associated documentation within the planned time schedule.Confirm that having the modules for the Kearl Oil sands project being built in Korea was indeed a viable option.As Site Manager the oversight of the construction from both a safety and quality perspective was also covered in the role with daily and weekly reporting back to AMEC Calgary and the client.Coaching the Korean fabrication contractor on a daily basis to achieve a common goal as a team was a main factor for success and development.Trip to AMEC Americas in Calgary to incorporate all Lessons learned recorded then communicate with Design, Quality/Suppliers, Construction and the client.Project completed successfully without incident or accident.

Monitor the assigned mechanical equipment and piping construction scope of works to ensure that contractors are complying and perform work to agreed schedules to an acceptable standard of Kuwait Oil Company.Manage a multinational cross functional engineering supervision with permit control for all site activities.Monitor site activities in the Gathering Centres (GOSP Plant) and Booster Stations of Kuwait Oil Company projects for potential contractual/claims problems. Maintain records of site activities and check contractor records for accuracy.Responsible for construction activities, in respect of HSE Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Lifting Operations, and installation practices, quality, and timely execution of all the mechanical / piping works including shutdowns. Duties & Responsibilities:-Ensure that contractors produce an appropriate execution documents in a timely manner and monitor approval / compliance. Resolve technical issues and liaise with the Engineering Group for timely resolution of major technical issues. Interface with KOC groups as required and ensuring a good relationship & smooth performance of the assigned scope of work to the contractors.
