As Maintenance Manager for Buzzworks Holdings I was responsible for the management, retention and development of 9 Maintenance personnel across 19 venues.This includes conducting regular sites visits ensuring optimal maintenance performance, assigning jobs to internal and external contractors, managing invoices and budgets as well as having excellent communication with venue management and company Directors. As a Property Maintenance Engineer, I was required to respond effectively and efficiently to the maintenance requirement of an international Coffee House Chain. These responsibilities include liaising with store managers to ensure the safe handover of store keys. I was also responsible for scheduling and completing all maintenance project work in a timely and efficient manner. This required me to have outstanding communication and organisational skills. I Covered 90+ stores throughout Scotland and the North of England.
