James has over 40 years’ experience in Business Management and Financial Services. He has held a number of director and senior executive positions with major financial Institutions. He owned and managed a highly successful Consulting Company for over 20 years. Prior to forming Transition Partners, he was CEO of Next Rural. A national specialist Succession Planning organisation. James has had many articles published on Succession Planning and is a regular keynote speaker on the subject. James was chosen by Rabobank to present at the Rabo Client Council Business Transition & Succession Planning sessions held throughout Australia. He is also a session leader on Succession Planning at Rabobank’s prestigious Executive Development program held at Macquarie Graduate School of Management. James is an accredited mentor for the Queensland Government's "Mentoring for Growth" program. James is based in Victoria and Queensland.
