I am interested in always pursuing the passions that drive me. I believe that the pursuit of said passions always makes life more fulfilling. In my life, I am driven by the joys of music, the quest for knowledge, and the service of teaching. In every position I have held, whether as a student, employee, or performer, I have continued to grow in these areas. My very first job as a Tae Kwon Do instructor taught me the value of teaching. There is no greater role to develop one's leadership skills than being a teacher. I have continued to develop my teaching abilities at my current position as a guitar and banjo instructor at Spicer's Music. As a student, I have been able to nurture my quest in my pursuit of knowledge. The greatest value of a liberal arts education is learning how to learn. My studies in English-Literature and Music have taught me how to develop my communication skills as a writer, as well as enhance my ability to think critically about complex topics. Where ever life takes me, I strive to dream big and work hard in whatever role I play.
