After extensive experience in applying and training Stephen R. Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People", I have been asked to teach this course to university students. As of Fall Semester 2011 I am teaching two sections.2015: I have taught at UVU for 7 semesters. This Fall semester I was asked to add Intermediate College Algebra to my teaching (which I had never taught before). It's going very well !

Final responsibility for procurement, manufacturing, and distribution of plumbing associated products.

Directed manufacturing efforts in cable rack and precision sheet metal. I developed the precision sheet metal side of the business and helped procure state-of-the-art machine capability. I managed the improvement of on-time delivery from 57% to 95% during the time I was employed there.

Directed all manufacturing efforts in Ogden, Utah (a union plant). Worked intensively on employee relations and safety. After three years the plant decertified their union and had gone two years without a lost time accident. After these accomplishments, I was transferred to the largest volume plant in the system in Lumberton, N.C. I was "hired away" by Newton Instrument after one year. I chose to leave Lumberton because it was an adverse environment for my family.
