Employed as an Internal Sales Coordinator (Cardiff) in March 2011, before being selected for internal promotion to Operations Supervisor (Bristol) in July 2011, assuming day-to-day management of all aspects of successfully running a busy, branch office within a multi-national organisation. Alongside the routine management of customer relationships and two staff members, this also included responsibility for Health and Safety compliance, moving towards standard for ISO 14001 and ISO 18001, “GP%” Champion.
