- Lead and support three departments, Solutions Engineers, Managed Services and Technical Support.- Work on growing the teams and instilling the Intelletrace way and culture. - Focus on improving process and protocols to ensure the system is continuously improving. - Still perform duties of Network Architect outlined below.

- Provide guidance to Solutions Engineers on complex network designs. - Work with R&D to develop new products to better serve our clients and drive revenue growth. - Assist our Senior Network Engineer staff with critical escalated issues. - Develop a work culture with Senior Technical staff to provide a collaborative, respectful and friendly environment. - Review SOW/BOM to catch technical concerns before they become problems. - Participate in a Peer Leadership group to create policy for the company as whole while representing the technical staff.

Managed Network Team Lead- Provide Tier 3 support for managed network clients.- Manage a slew of Cisco network equipment (e.g. 2800,2900,7200,7600,ASR routers and 3500,3750,4500,6500,Nexus switches) ASA 5500 and 5500-x Firewalls.- Solid fundamental understanding of the lower layer OSI Stack- Design, maintain, upgrade and monitor complex networks that utilize the following protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF routing, Spanning Tree, HSRP, VRRP, LACP, IPSEC, among others.- Some experience with ScreenOS and Brocade CLI

Administered Data Center network infrastructure- Creation and modification of Vlan's, ACL's, NAT, Service Policies.- Gained familiarity with the Cisco hierarchical design Core, Distribution and Access.- Participated in network design for managed service projects.

Provided Tier 1/2 support for COLO and managed clients-Email, DNS, networking and server administration
