In my current role as an IT Manager at a reputable Norwich-based financial services company, I hit the ground running by applying my analytical approach. I quickly mastered current systems and procedures, and even recommended security and user-friendly improvements for new technologies.Throughout my career, I've tackled a wide range of business challenges. I've spearheaded successful projects in web design, system creation, procedural development, process streamlining, and product development – all with a meticulous eye for detail and a focus on achieving successful outcomes.I have recently been successful in helping similar businesses resolve issues with their cybersecurity and now perform regular assessments of their cloud systems for any potential security issues. I'm a hands-on problem solver and a key contributor.
