Hi my name is James Blanks I am currently Junior here at the University of Tennessee. I am currently studying Supply Chain Management with a collateral in Marketing. Some of my strengths is me being personable and adaptive. Regardless of what I am asked to do or by whoever I will always give it my 100% and want to be the kind of person enjoy working with! By having these traits from my past experiences I am sure to be ready for whatever comes in my future. Having strong leadership skills in my last job has really helped me evolve to what I am capable of today!What really motivates me is what I want in my future. I want my family and children to be able and grow up just like I was. I was very fortunate with such amazing family around me and I want to be able to share it with my family one day. I want to be in a position to where I can have a successful career and be able to be able to take care of my family when the time comes!
