I am the Support Manager, Technical Evangelist, and Lead Designer at RSSBus. Our flagship product is RSSBus Connect, a powerful, flexible platform and one stop solution for EDI integration, application integration, and data migration. I began my career in February of 2000 as a support specialist at /n software, a component provider with a focus on developer tools for network communications. To this day, /n software is still the leading provider of enterprise network and integration components.In the intervening years, I've shepherded the growth of a simple technical demo for an EDI integration library into a standalone web application product and now a robust enterprise integration solution that married a comprehensive feature set with simplicity in design. RSSBus Connect is built atop the network libraries created in house at /n software, has been optimized through decades of deployment and market demands, and runs on the powerful data providers developed and perfected to a science in 100+ integrations at CData Software. A flexible, designer-driven platform solution for integration for EDI and beyond, RSSBus Connect has evolved through years of tireless improvement on every element of the development stack, always with a single guiding principle:Support is priority one.
