I have learned the basics for SQL and Program Management. Looking for a position that can take this new knowledge with my data quality abilities to a whole new level. As I came across various issues working my daily tasks at the American Cancer Society, I would then create the ad hoc report in Business Objects (SAP) to help identify the impact it was having on both a local and national level. I would then assist the National IT staff where I could in helping identifying the core cause of the issues and also assist with the cleanup and follow-up later to ensure problem was completely fixed. Of the data issues that were brought to the national Data Governance team, I was the primary staff responsible for identifying these issues. Of the data entry projects I am assigned, I am able to review the documents for accurate and complete information prior to entry. I would then contact the submitter for resolution of these issues prior to performing the data entry. For staff needing data researched, I was the lead staff for contact and training on the process to enhance their abilities for research in my absence. Staff knew if I was the staff inputting their information, it was going in right the first time.
