I am an innovative leader who is pursuing his passion of machining and manufacturing. I’ve been in some form of machining since 2004, and loving every step along the way. The journey has lead me on an incredible adventure from the northern part of Texas, to a few years in Midland/Odessa, Texas working in the oil field industry, then to Utah working in Aerospace. I’ve loved everywhere I’ve worked, and the people I’ve worked with. But being challenged to expand my skills can become a challenge itself under the same roof. I feel like I’ve always made myself of value wherever I’ve been by not reinventing the wheel, but continually expanding on it with ideas and techniques I’ve learned. I’m now starting the next stage in my career and pursuing my desire to help companies go from good to great by offering my skills of thinking innovatively.
