As the Director of Healthcare Organizations and Account Management at Electronic Caregiver, I lead a team of account managers who are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various healthcare organizations and clients across the country. We provide them with innovative and cutting-edge solutions for remote patient monitoring, telemedicine, and chronic care management, using technology and data to improve health outcomes and reduce costs.I joined Electronic Caregiver in 2019 as a Business Development Coordinator, and quickly advanced to a Commercial Account Manager role, where I successfully secured and managed multiple large contracts with hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies, increasing the company's revenue and market share. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico State University, where I majored in Business Administration and Management. I have developed strong skills in customer relationship management, presentations, and relationship building, which I leverage to deliver value and satisfaction to our customers and partners. My passion is to help people and save lives through the sale and distribution of technology and telemedicine services, and I am always eager to learn and grow in this dynamic and rewarding industry.
