Division Training Supervisor responsible for the development of UAS curriculum and course scheduling/instruction, specifically pertaining to the ScanEagle and AECV Puma/Raven. Successfully managed the training schedule for 33 personnel and the utilization of 45 aircraft. While deployed (2010-2011), performed as Operations Manager responsible for the scheduling, operation and maintenance of 14 aircraft in a forward area of operations. Coordinates and directs utilization of all equipment required to accomplish mission objectives by providing real-time, overhead imagery of ground activity to team commanders in control. One year deployed operational experience as a UAS mission coordinator, operator and maintenance technician with SEAL Team Five.Responsible for the qualification and instruction of 53 Special Operations UAS operators which entailed hundreds of hours of instruction and course work. Managed aircraft inventories and equipment classified at the TS/SCI level totaling $22 million dollars with zero discrepancies.Responsible for safety of flight and pre-mission planning including: weather reports, intelligence briefs, clearance through air traffic control, maintenance completion and ITC coordination. Conducted over 200 ISR missions in support of Navy Special Operations, encompassing 562 hours of UAS Mission Coordinator time and 384 hours of ScanEagle and AECV Puma operation.3 years ScanEagle Level II maintenance experience consisting of airframe reconfiguration (MWIR/SURFR), payload removals/installations, modular component replacement, weight and balance, scheduled inspections, carbon fiber/fiber glass structural repair as well as all ground control station required maintenance.

Extensive field experience operating daytime cameras, Infrared cameras, including the medium wave infrared (MWIR), and cellular/802.11n SIGINT payloads from the ScanEagle and AECV Puma UAS.Experienced in installations of various payloads including MWIR and SURFR variants. Analyzes and exploits imagery and geo-spatial data collected from airborne systems with CLAW, Falcon View, ELT 3500, Google Earth, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, and other related computer software suites. Expert in reviewing and processing video/imagery for dissemination to various customers. P-3C Orion Instructor Flight Engineer with extensive knowledge of all aircraft systems, emergency procedures, fuel planning, operations and rescue/survival gear. Responsible for conducting all engine runs and systems checks on the ground as well as in flight during functional check flights. Qualified instructor conducted thousands of hours training and mentoring over 50 students while acquiring 1600 flight hours on the P-3C platform.
